A Letter from the Family

“This email is long overdue and I hope it finds you well.

Guillaume and I want to say, “thank you”. We want to thank you, not only for our beautiful floors, but also for seeing this project through until the very end.  It took just over a year, and the floors are gorgeous!

In this day-and-age, where it has grown increasingly rare for people to help others, especially after a disagreement has arisen, you deserve recognition for your work and for the help you provided us. We appreciate your help, for working with us, and we appreciate the work you did.

Also, thank you for taking additional measures to protect the house from construction dust, and for thoroughly cleaning up the dust once you were done. These details may seem small in comparison to the physical floor work, but they made such a huge difference to us while living through the final floor remodel.

If there is anything you need from us, please let us know. I am happy to provide you with a positive business review, and to contact Ardex representatives to let them know how pleased we are with the final results.
